A Resolution of the Town Council of Town of Mount Pleasant calling upon Governor Henry McMaster to issue a mandatory Stay at Home Order for the State of South Carolina for such period of time as may be deemed necessary and appropriate by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. Discussion and possible action to prohibit the enactment of any additional restrictions under Town of Mount Pleasant Code of Ordinances, Section 41, Civil Emergencies, unless approved by Council VIII.
