Final Reading: An Ordinance to amend Chapter 42 titled Department of Engineering and Development Services of the Mount Pleasant Code of Ordinances related to the Building Official. (Ord. No. 21057) F. Final Reading: An Ordinance to amend Chapter 112.33(d) titled Schedule of Charges; Payment Procedures; Fees of the Mount Pleasant Code of Ordinances. (Ord. No. 21058) G. Final Reading: An Ordinance to amend Chapter 52 of the Mount Pleasant Code of Ordinances pertaining to the Town’s Stormwater Utility Management Program. (Ord. No. 21059) VIII. PLANNING A. NEW BUSINESS 1. First Reading: An Ordinance to rezone from OP, Office Professional District, to AB, Areawide Business District, an approximately 1.0 acre tract of land located on the corner of Highway 17 North and McKnight Road. Parcel is proposed to remain in the SB-OD, Sweetgrass Basket Overlay District. (Ord. No. 21060) Page 2 of 5 2. First Reading: An Ordinance providing for the annexation of an approximately 0.50 acre tract of land located at 2125 Gulf Drive and depicted on a plat recorded by the Charleston County ROD Office in Plat Book L, Page 073. (Ord. No. 21061) 3. First Reading: An Ordinance to rezone from NC, Neighborhood Commercial District, to PI-2, Public Institutional-2 District, an approximately 0.13 acre tract of land located at 210 Lucas Street. Parcel is proposed to remain in the BOD, Boulevard Overlay District. (Ord. No. 21062) 4. First Reading: An Ordinance to amend the Oakland Plantation PD, Planned Development District Ordinance (Ordinance 04014, as amended), to expand the principal uses permitted in the ED, Economic Development District, within the PD Ordinance. Proposed is to allow Medical Office and General Office uses as a permitted use in addition to all other ED uses. (Ord. No. 21063) B. OLD BUSINESS 1. Final Reading: An Ordinance providing for the annexation of an approximately 9.05 acre tract of land comprised of two parcels, located between Joe Rouse Road and Julius Robertson Road and at the terminus of Hopkins Road in Covington at Park West, and depicted on a plat recorded by the Charleston County ROD Office in Plat Book M47, Page 283. (Ord. No. 21047) 2. Final Reading: An Ordinance providing for the annexation of an approximately 9.90 acre tract of land located between Joe Rouse Road and Julius Robertson Road, and depicted on a plat recorded by the Charleston County ROD Office in Plat Book M47, Page 283. First Reading: An Ordinance to repeal and replace Chapter 110 entitled General Licenses of the Mount Pleasant Code of Ordinances. (Ord. No. 21064) 2. Adoption: A Resolution authorizing and approving the CARTA Fiscal Year 2022 Budget. (R.21081) 3. Adoption: A Resolution authorizing a Memorandum of Agreement between the Charleston County School District and the Town of Mount Pleasant Police Department for the School Resource Officer Program: 2021-2022 School Year. (R.21082) B. Old Business There are no Council Old Business items. C. Executive Session 1. Legal and Contractual a. Discussion and possible action regarding a purchase of property for economic development b. Legal advice pertaining to potential litigation related to unpaid impact fees. 2. Personnel a.
