NEW BUSINESS 1. First Reading: An Ordinance to rezone from OP, Office Professional District, to AB, Areawide Business District, an approximately 1.0 acre tract of land located on the corner of Highway 17 North and McKnight Road. Parcel is proposed to remain in the SB-OD, Sweetgrass Basket Overlay District. (Ord. No. 21060) Page 2 of 5  2. First Reading: An Ordinance providing for the annexation of an approximately 0.50 acre tract of land located at 2125 Gulf Drive and depicted on a plat recorded by the Charleston County ROD Office in Plat Book L, Page 073. First Reading: An Ordinance to rezone from NC, Neighborhood Commercial District, to PI-2, Public Institutional-2 District, an approximately 0.13 acre tract of land located at 210 Lucas Street. Parcel is proposed to remain in the BOD, Boulevard Overlay District. (Ord. No. 21062) 4. First Reading: An Ordinance to amend the Oakland Plantation PD, Planned Development District Ordinance (Ordinance 04014, as amended), to expand the principal uses permitted in the ED, Economic Development District, within the PD Ordinance.
