(Ord. No. 21066)  B. Final Reading: An Ordinance to amend Section 156.075, Building Permit Allocation System, of Chapter 156, Zoning Code, of the Mount Pleasant Code of Ordinances. Amendment pertains to the provision of regulating the allocation timeline to accurately reflect the intended six-month allocation period. (Ord. No. 21069) C. Final Reading: An Ordinance to amend Section 156.107, Modification of Yard Regulations, of Chapter 156, Zoning Code, of the Mount Pleasant Code of Ordinances. Amendment would allow administrative relief from the ordinance provision establishing the front yard setback on lots where structures were legally constructed prior to ordinance adopted August 13, 1979. (Ord. No. 21070) VIII. PLANNING A. NEW BUSINESS 1. First Reading: An Ordinance to rezone from AB, Areawide Business District, to PD, Planned Development District, an approximately 13.57-acre Mixed-Use Development known as Oyster Park, located off Ben Sawyer Boulevard between Rifle Range Road and New Parish Way. (Ord. No. 21072) 2. Approval of Oyster Park Impact Assessment and Conceptual Plan. 3. First Reading: An Ordinance to amend Chapter 156, Zoning Code of the Mount Pleasant Code of Ordinances, by adding new sections 156.306, 156.307, 156.308, 156.304(E)(3), and 156.110(F), establishing a new Shem Creek Waterfront District and Design Standards. Amendments pertain to provisions of Permitted Uses and Development Standards for this District. (Ord. No. 21073) 4. First Reading: An Ordinance to amend Chapter 153, Stormwater Management and Water Quality Regulations, of the Mount Pleasant Code of Ordinances, by adding language to Section 153.050 allowing Certified BMP Inspectors as professionals that can perform inspections. OLD BUSINESS Final Reading: An Ordinance to amend Chapter 156, Zoning Code, of the Mount Pleasant Code of Ordinances, by adding a new section establishing Shem Creek Waterfront District. Amendments pertain to establishing boundaries, permitted uses and the development standards for this District. Affected code sections include 156.007, 156.326, 156.310, 156.318, 156.314, 156.328. COMMITTEE ACTION ITEMS Human Resources Committee Approval to implement the Classification and Compensation Study as well as a one-time bonus regarding funding associated with ARPA. X. COUNCIL BUSINESS A. New Business First Reading: An Ordinance to repeal and replace Section 132.03 titled Noise of the Mount Pleasant Code of Ordinances. (Ord. No. 21075) B.
