Final Reading: An Ordinance to amend Chapter 153, Stormwater Management and Water Quality Regulations, of the Mount Pleasant Code of Ordinances, by adding language to Section 153.050 allowing Certified BMP Inspectors as professionals that can perform inspections. (Ord. No. 21074) VIII. PLANNING A. NEW BUSINESS 1. First Reading: An Ordinance to amend Sections 156.007, 156.171, 156.304, 156.318, 156.325 of the Town of Mount Pleasant Zoning Code related to Hotels, Inns, Boutique Hotels and parking requirements for the same. (Ord. No. 21071) B. OLD BUSINESS Final Reading: An Ordinance to amend Chapter 156, Zoning Code of the Mount Pleasant Code of Ordinances, by adding new sections 156.306, 156.307, 156.308, 156.304(E)(3), and 156.110(F), establishing a new Shem Creek Waterfront District and Design Standards. Amendments pertain to provisions of Permitted Uses and Development Standards for this District. (Ord. No. 21073) IX. COMMITTEE ACTION ITEMS A.
