No. 95041) as it pertains to an approximately 41.74-acre portion of an approximately 45.83- acre tract of land known as Towne Centre, located between Hungryneck Boulevard and U.S Highway 17 North and identified by TMS Nos. 558-00-00-096, 558-00-00-098, 558-00-00-100, 558- 00-00-102, 558-00-00-340, 558-00-00-387, and 558-00-00-399. Furthermore, the development proposes to rezone and aggregate an approximately 0.75-acre property from its current designation of AB, Areawide Business District into the Towne Centre portion of the Wilson Tract PD, Planned Development, property is located at 1903 North Highway 17. Proposed Amendments specifically pertain to expansion of master plan onto 558-00-00-102, and governing development standards, including an increase in height, density, and signage allowances.
