MINUTES
1. Call to Order
Mayor Haynie called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Daniel
Brownstein, Howard Chapman, Laura Hyatt, Guang Ming Whitley, Jake
Rambo, John Iacofano, and Gary Santos were all present (Mr. Ritchie’s
seat is currently vacant).
2. Public Comment
Tony Kohnle, 1415 Hamlin Park Circle, stated he wanted to introduce
himself as he is applying for the Historic District Preservation
Commission. He said he has been attending the meetings for the past
few months and appreciates the hard work Council does.
3. Executive Session
Mr. Chapman moved to go into executive session for the reasons
stated on the agenda, seconded by Ms. Hyatt. All present voted in
favor.
The meeting was adjourned into executive session at 5:02 p.m.
Personnel
Consideration of applications to serve on the Historic
District Preservation Commission
Legal and Contractual
Discussion regarding contractual and proprietary matters
related to the Harbor Entrepreneur Center
4. Post Executive Session
Council may take action on any item, including any subsection of
any section, listed on an executive session agenda or discussed in
an executive session during a properly noticed meeting.
Mayor Haynie reconvened the meeting at 5:31 p.m. stating no action or
votes were taken. Ms. Whitley was not present when the meeting
reconvened.
Mr. Chapman moved to appoint Mr. Foxworth and Mr. Craft to the
Historic District Preservation Commission, seconded by Mr. Iacofano.
All present voted in favor.
5. Adjourn
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:32 p.m.
