Call to Order Mayor Haynie called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. Daniel Brownstein, Howard Chapman, Guang Ming Whitley, Jake Rambo, John Iacofano and Gary Santos were all present. Laura Hyatt was absent. 2. Public Comment There were no public comments. 3. Adoption: A Resolution declaring Special Election results of March 25, 2025 (R.25032 FINAL) Mr. Brownstein moved to adopt, seconded by Mr. Rambo. All present voted in favor. This Resolution SIGNED, SEALED and DELIVERED this date. 4. Administration of Oath of Office to Council Member-Elect Mike Tinkey Mayor Haynie administered the Oath of Office to Council Member- Elect Mike Tinkey. Mayor and Council congratulated Mr. Tinkey and welcomed him as a Council Member. 5.
