That the project became fully vested under the Vested Rights Act, SC Code § 6-29- 1510, et seq., upon approval of the Final Plat on August 28, 2015, and its recording on August 31, 2015. Once Final Plat is approved, there is no two- year limit to obtain building permits for all of the lots. 10.
