MINUTES
STAFF REPORT
Present:Stephen Wood, Chair, Aaron Butner, Elliott Barrow, Giles Branch,
Julian Hopkins, Meghan Stevens, Stephen Wood.
Staff:Chris Swalhah, Lynnette Lynes
Mr. Wood called the meeting to order at 6 pm.
A.Approval of Agenda
Mr. Hopkins moved for approval of the agenda. Ms. Stevens seconded the
motion. All in favor.
B.Approval of Minutes
Ms. Stevens moved for approval of the minutes. Mr. Hopkins seconded the
motion. All in favor.
C.Public Comment
There being no comments, Mr. Wood continued with the agenda.
D.General Correspondence
All correspondence was linked with the agenda.
E.Explanation of Procedures
F.Administration of Oath
Mr. Wood reviewed the procedures with the public and administered the
oath to those speaking.
G.Business
1.Case V-15-2022, 805/807 Simmons Street TMS#5320500135.
Request relief from §156.110(A)(11)(d) to allow and ADU with
a total conditioned space of 1012 square feet. The ordinance
limits the conditioned space to 850 square feet.
Mr. Swalhah reviewed staff comments with the Board.
Mr. Jonathan Yates and Ms. Ethel Fludd reviewed the request with
the Board.
There being no comments, Mr. Wood closed public comments.
Mr. Hopkins moved for approval of the variance as presented. Mr.
Butner seconded the motion. All in favor.
H.Approval of Final Order
The Board signed final orders.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:22 pm.
