July 24, 2024 Meeting
a. Text Amendment. Proposal to amend Section 156.110 of
Chapter 156, Zoning Code, of the Mount Pleasant Code of
Ordinances, pertaining to Accessory Uses. Proposed is to
amend the ordinance to expand Home-Based Businesses to
allow certain outdoor instructional activities, including but
not limited to swimming lessons
6. R-06-24. Towne Centre. Request to amend the Wilson Tract
Planned Development District ordinance (Ord. No. 95041) as it
pertains to an approximately 41.74-acre portion of an
approximately 45.83-acre tract of land known as Towne Centre,
located between Hungryneck Boulevard and U.S Highway 17
