No. 95041) as it pertains to an approximately 41.74-acre portion of an approximately 45.83-acre tract of land known as Towne Centre, located between Hungryneck Boulevard and U.S Highway 17 North and identified by TMS Nos. 558-00-00-096, 558-00-00-098, 558-00-00-100, 558-00-00-102, 558-00-00-340, 558-00-00-387, and 558-00-00-399. Proposed Amendments specifically pertain to expansion of master plan onto 558-00-00-102, and governing development standards, including an increase in height, density, and signage allowances. Review of Planning Commission recommendations from the September 18, 2024 Meeting a. Roper Site Medical Building. Review of Impact Assessment & Conceptual Plan for a 4.56-acre parcel located at 512 Johnnie Dodds Boulevard. Currently proposed is a 68,000 SF medical building. 7. Recommendation for approval from Historical Commission for a Monument and Memorial application for the naming of the dog park at Waterfront Memorial Park – Richard “Richie” Cliff 8. Discussion of Design Review Board Guidelines 9. Request from HDPC to conduct an updated survey within the OVHD 10.
