Absent: Matt Senecal, Lee Cave. Staff: Chris Lubert, Jake Carter, Maeve Gimbert, Lynnette Lynes Mr. Lambert called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm. A. Approval of Agenda Mr. Kiel moved for approval of the agenda. Ms. Richardson seconded the motion. All in favor. B. Approval of August Minutes Mr. Kiel moved for approval of the minutes. Ms. Morrison seconded the motion. All in favor. C. General Public Comment D. General Correspondence There being no comments or correspondence, Mr. Lambert closed public comment and continued with the agenda. E. Discussion of Bylaws Mr. Carter stated that the letter on changes to the bylaws was forwarded to the Planning Committee. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 5:06 pm.
