Approval of Minutes from the January 04, 2023 meeting Ms. Monteiro motioned to approve; Ms. McGahey seconded. Passed unanimously. 2. Public Comments Ms. Harvey introduced Chase with Mary Martin Gallery in downtown Charleston. 3. Report from Subcommittees a. Traffic Box Art Ms. Harvey reviewed the details of submissions. There is discussion regarding art submissions. b. Sculpture Ms. Harvey reviews the Oak Tree Design by James Brinley and there is discussion about the design. c. Sweetgrass Basket Stand Project There was discussion regarding the upcoming workday, specific stands, items that are still needed as well as potential other workdays. e. Marketing (1) 2023 Event Dates Ms. Harvey reviewed the Special Events Schedule for 2023 in regard to CAP having a booth or table set up. 4. New Business Ms. Harvey reviewed a request a Poet Laureate for the Town of Mount Pleasant. Ms. Harvey thanked Ms. McGahey for her service to the Commission. 5.
