Attachment 1--Staff Report
Present: Richard Lambert, Tara Spencer, Ian Duncan, Steve Magoon,
Christopher McCarthy, William O'Neal
Absent: Cameron Swails.
Staff: Brittany Johnson, Peter Stone, Lynnette Lynes
Mr. Lambert called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm.
1. Approval of Agenda
Ms. Spencer moved for approval of the agenda. Mr. Magoon seconded the
motion. All in favor.
2. Approval of Minutes
Mr. McCarthy moved for approval of the minutes. Mr. Duncan seconded the
motion. All in favor.
3. General Public Comment
4. General Correspondence
5. Consent Motions
Being no correspondence, public comment, or consent motions, Mr. Lambert
continued with the agenda.
6. Business
A. Long Grove Office, 1475 Long Grove Dr.,561-00-00-140, Final Approval of
Site, Landscape, and Architecture
Ms. Johnson and Mr. Stone reviewed staff comments with the Board
(attachment 1).
Mr. Wentz Chesson reviewed the request with the Board.

There being no comments, Mr. Lambert closed public comment.
Mr. McCarthy moved for approval including all staff comments. Ms. Spencer
seconded the motion. All in favor.
B. 910 Johnnie Dodds, 910 Johnnie Dodds, 535-00-00-142, Preliminary
Approval of Site, Landscape, and Architecture
Ms. Johnson and Mr. Stone reviewed staff comments with the Board
(attachment 1).
Mr. Thomas Martin and Mr. Zach Carman reviewed the request with the
Board.
There being no comments, Mr. Lambert closed public comment.
Ms. Spencer moved for preliminary approval including all staff and board
comments specifically addressing landscaping and the front façade particularly
in using the same materials. Mr. Duncan seconded the motion. All in favor.
C. Super Suds Car Wash, 444 Coleman, 517-07-00-0022, Final Approval of Site,
Landscape, and Architecture (Revised Item)
Ms. Johnson and Mr. Stone reviewed staff comments with the Board
(attachment 1).
Mr. Wentz Chesson reviewed the request with the Board.
There being no comments, Mr. Lambert closed public comment.
Mr. McCarthy moved for deferral for restudy. Mr. Duncan seconded the
motion. All in favor.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:44 pm.
