Approval of Minutes from the April 3, 2017 meeting Mr. Owens moved for approval; seconded by Mr. Carrier. All present voted in favor. 2. Public Comments 3. Executive session related to a personnel matter Mr. Carrier moved to adjourn into executive session; seconded by Mr. Owens. All present voted in favor. Committee adjourned into executive session at 9:01 a.m. and reconvened at 9:10 a.m. Mr. Bustos declared the Committee out of executive session and stated that no action was taken in executive session and no action will be taken at this time, as this item will go to full Council. 4.
