MARCH 11, 2020
MINUTES
Present: Joseph Wren, Chair, Brett Bennett, Gary Davis, Don Campbell,
Kathy Smith, Rodly Millet, Michael McCormick (entered at 9:05 am)
Absent: Richard Guerard, George Gates.
Staff: Jeff Ulma, Michele Reed, Liz Boyles, Kent Prause, Kevin Mitchell
Mr. Wren called the meeting to order at 9:03 am.
1. Approval of Agenda
Ms. Smith moved for approval of the agenda. Mr. Bennett seconded the
motion. All in favor.
2. Discussion on Nonconformities
Ms. Reed and Ms. Boyles reviewed nonconformities with the Commission.
Mr. McCormick entered at 9:05 am.
Mr. Millet left at 9:55 am.
The Commission discussed how to address nonconformities and what
changes to the definitions should be considered. The Commission discussed
including definition of a benign nonconformity and a detrimental nonconformity.
The Commission agreed that staff would work on suggested changes and bring
back to the Commission for discussion at the March regular meeting.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 10:33 am.
