SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION
JULY 22, 2020
MINUTES
Present: Joseph Wren, Chair, Brett Bennett, Kathy Smith, Don Campbell,
Gary Davis, George Gates, Pam Ireland, Bruce Koedding.
Absent: Michael McCormick.
Staff: Michele Reed, David Pagliarini, Liz Boyles, Kevin Mitchell, Austin
Rutherford, Heidi Mosier, Jane Yager-Baumrind
Mr. Wren called the meeting to order at 4:30 pm
1. Approval of the Agenda
Ms. Smith moved for approval of the agenda. Mr. Gates seconded the motion.
All in favor.
2. Correspondence
3. General Public Comment
There being no correspondence or public comment, Mr. Wren continued with the
agenda.
4. New Business
A. Legal Update and Discussion Related to Planning Commission Procedure
Mr. Pagliarini reviewed the codes and procedures related to the Planning
Commission for the members.
The Commission agreed that they should have Town issued email addresses.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 5:00 pm.
