Ms. Smith called the meeting to order at 3:35 pm.
1. Approval of the Agenda
Due to lack of a quorum, the agenda could not be approved. Since the agenda items
were for discussion only, the Commission agreed to continue with the agenda as
published.
2. Correspondence

There being no correspondence or comment, Ms. Smith continued with the agenda.
4. New Business
A. Review of drafts of Subchapters I: Procedures; J: Review and
Decision Making Bodies; K: Nonconformities; L: Enforcement;
M:Interpretation and Measurement; O: Legal Provisions; and Q:
Building Permit Allocation System
Ms. Cousino and Mr. Robertson reviewed the draft updates with the
Commission.
Ms. Cousino reviewed next steps with the Commission regarding the
changes to the zoning code.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 4:23 pm.
