Planning Commission recommended denial. b. Low Impact Development Text Amendments. Proposed amendments to the Environmental Guidelines for Land Development (LID) Ordinance to improve the program. Changes include clarifying ordinance language, additional specifications and criteria, and additional LID techniques for developers to utilize.
