POLICE, JUDICIAL & LEGAL COMMITTEE Wednesday, October 26, 2022 12:00 p.m. Municipal Complex, Courtroom B 100 Ann Edwards Lane, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 MINUTES Members Present: Mayor Will Haynie, Chair; Howard Chapman; Guang Ming Whitley; Carl Ritchie Staff Present: David Pagliarini 1. Call to order Mayor Haynie called the meeting to order at 12:03 p.m. 2. Public Comments There were no public comments. 3. Executive Session Mr. Chapman moved to go into executive session to conduct interviews for Municipal Judges, seconded by Ms. Whitley. All present voted in favor. The meeting was adjourned into executive session at 12:04 p.m. a. Executive session to conduct interviews for Municipal Judges b. Post Executive Session Committee may take action on any item, including any subsection of any section, listed on an executive session agenda or discussed in an executive session during a properly noticed meeting. Mayor Haynie reconvened the meeting at 2:49 p.m. stating no votes had been taken or decisions made. He stated this item will be on the Police, Judicial and Legal Committee agenda for recommendation on Monday, October 31, 2022.  Special Police, Judicial & Legal Committee October 26, 2022 Page 2 4.
