WHEREAS, on February 24, 2021, the Board of Estimate & Contract authorizes Special Counsel John Parker to continue settlement negotiations with the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York and Attorney General in the matter of United States ofAmerica, et al. v. City ofMount Vernon, 18 Civ. 5845 (CS). RESOLVED, that negotiations for settlement for the City of Mount Vernon in the matter of United States ofAmerica, et al. v.
