State of Emergency use of Yonkers Sanitation vehicles SPECIAI JuL 1 6 2021 I WHEREAS, Mayor Shawyn Patterson-Howard, as Chairwoman of the Board of Estimate, presented a draft American Rescue Plan Act of 2021(ARPA) budget at a duly noticed Board of Estimate meeting on June 29, 2021 ; WHEREAS, this Honorable Body voted to hold a public hearing on July 7, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council chambers,, WHEREAS, this Honorable Body held a public hearing on July 7, 2021 ; WHEREAS, Mayor Shawyn Patterson-Howard, as chairwoman of the Board of Estimate, now recommends that this honorable body adopt the draft ARPA budget and previously presented to this Honorable Body on June 29, 2021 and refer the proposed budget to the City Council for its consideration and adoption; NOW THEREFOR,E, be it RESOLVED, this Honorable Body hereby adopts the draft ARPA budget as the proposed budget for the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 funds.
