An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc.  MAR/ atuy L""a'F""ai"';'a"ahr'.-"':tL K WHEREAS, Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. provides claims adjusting and administrative services on behalf of the City; and WHEREAS, the annual fee for the aforesaid service is $42,350.00. In addition to the annual fee and the allocated loss expenses, to continue to report in regard to the CMS reporting, the separate annual fee is $2,400.00; NOW, THEREFORE, The City of Mount Vernon, in City Council convened, does hereby ordain and enact: Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a claims servicing agreement with Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. to provide claims adjusting and administrative services on behalf of the City. Section 2. Cost for the aforesaid is in the amount of $42,350.00. In addition to the annual fee and the allocated loss expenses, to continue to report in regard to the CMS reporting, the separate annual fee is $2,400.00 is available in Budget Code A1910.469 (Insurance Claims) Law Department 2021 Budget.
