New Business: The committee members discussed properties that recent communications were made upon. * 7-11 MacQuesten Pkwy. Written inquirer made by Paul Yates. Assessor Vanderpool noted the property was unavailable for purchase because it is under development by another party. * 328 s 15' Ave (3120-10), 224 N 7'h Ave (1105-5) and 230 S 3rd Ave (3109-8). Written inquirer made by Ernst Bellony. Assessor Vanderpool noted that some of the lots may have legal issues. * 141 w 3rd St (3024-18). Written inquirer made by Eddie Crenshaw Jr. Assessor Vanderpool suggest the City sell the property to the abutting owner. * 467 E 5'h st (4050-29). Verbal inquirer made by Sawuat Abraham. Assessor Vanderpool asked to verify if Sawuat Abraham submitted the best and final offer as requested by the committee.
