Call to Order
President Sachse called the workshop to order at 5:15 p.m. and announced a quorum present.

The Board engaged the Main Street Board in conversation as to how they would like to help the Main Street
Board make the downtown area more successful promote events.
Adjourn
Motion made by Board Member Carlson at 6:00 p.m. to close the meeting, Seconded by Board Member Byrnes.
