Farmers Market to place a permanent structure {shed} in the City owned parking lot located on the
southeast corner of Main and Montgomery Streets.)

D. Completion of Work – 2014 Storm Sewer Inspection Project
(Staff is requesting that Council accept work completed for the 2014 Storm Sewer Inspection Project.
The project included cleaning and video inspection of approximately 19,000 LF of 6” to 36” diameter
storm sewer pipe.)

E. Professional Services Agreement with Brown and Caldwell, Inc.
(Staff is requesting that Council authorize the Mayor to enter into a professional services agreement
with Brown and Caldwell, Inc. The agreement will provide for program development and implementation
for the City’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System {NPDES} Phase II Municipal Stormwater
Permit.)
