The meeting was called to order by Mayor Boudreau at 7:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor Boudreau, Councilmembers Fiedler, Hulst, Lindquist, Molenaar, Quam
Ragan and Urban.
Staff Present: City Attorney Rogerson
Citizens Present: None
NEW BUSINESS
The meeting was convened into executive session at 7:00 p.m. and was estimated to last 30
minutes.
A. Executive Session: Real estate & potential litigation.
The meeting was reconvened at 7:30pm.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
Mount Vernon City Council
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that upon request of the Mayor of Mount Vernon, the
Mount Vernon City Council will be holding a special meeting on Wednesday, September
2nd, 2015 beginning at 7:00 P.M. The meeting will be held in the Council Room /
Municipal Courtroom at the Police/Court Campus, 1805 Continental Place, Mount Vernon.
The business to be transacted shall be to hold an executive session to:
To consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or
purchase when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a
likelihood of increased price pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(b); and
To discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency
enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency
litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a
member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public
knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or
financial consequence to the agency pursuant to RCW 42.30.110.(1)(i).
The executive session shall be concluded at 7:30 P.M.
