The meeting was called to order by Mayor Boudreau at 5:30 p.m.
Present: Mayor Boudreau, Councilmembers Fiedler, Hulst, Molenaar, Quam Ragan and
Urban.
Absent: Councilmember Lindquist
Staff Present: City Attorney Rogerson
Citizens Present: None
NEW BUSINESS
The meeting was convened into executive session at 5:30 p.m. and was estimated to last 25
minutes.
A. Executive Session: Real estate & potential litigation.
The meeting was reconvened at 5:55 p.m.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 5:55 p.m.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
MOUNT VERNON CITY COUNCIL
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Mount Vernon City Council will be holding a special
meeting on Monday, October 5, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Council /
Municipal Court Room at the Police/Court Campus, 1805 Continental Place. The purpose of this
meeting is to enter into executive session for the following:
To discuss with legal counsel representing the City matters relating to City enforcement actions,
or to discuss with legal counsel representing the City litigation or potential litigation to which the
agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a
party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or
financial consequence to the agency.
The executive session is scheduled to last 25 minutes.
