Development Services Committee Meeting April 17, 2019 Attendees Present: Mayor Boudreau Council Members: Hudson, Moberg, Molenaar, Beaton, Carías, Hulst and Brocksmith Staff Members: Project Development Manager – Donovan; Finance Director – Volesky; Library Director– Huffman Minutes from March 20, 2019 were approved. 1. OAC Library Presentation- The Mayor and Councilmembers were presented with the Library/Senior Center overview. This included the different options for the exterior design, parking structure levels and parking stalls. Next steps included securing funding for the project and continuing pre-development testing. 2. Misc- Good of the Order  Peter Donovan presented the NW Eye Surgeons proposal of a parking lot that is City Owned. It is a part of the Kulshan Creek Restoration Site (wetland buy down).
