Approval of November 13, 2024 minutes Councilmember Hudson moved to approve the November 13, 2024, committee minutes. Motion seconded by Councilmember Carias. Motion passed 6-0. 2. Library Updates  The Library Commons is 98% complete. Working on punch list items.  Program Update: Storytime has resumed.  Coming Soon: Staff training, regular programming, community room events booking, conference room use, technology offerings, Draw Alive Wall.  Lego table, Nintendo switch and sitting snake have been added.  Outreach continues and many groups coming to tour the new building  Library Use Update: Library cards issued, facility use, and new requests have all increased.  Safe space benefits and camera utilization were reviewed. Public Works and Library Committee December 11, 2024 Page 2 of 3 Public Works 3.
