CALL TO ORDER Chair Vogt called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL Present 4- Max Beckman-Harned, Paul Donahue, Vice Chair Phyllis Bismanovsky and Chair Nicole Vogt Absent 1- Elena Lopez 3. MINUTES APPROVAL Motion - M/S Donahue/Beckman-Harned to approve the Library Board minutes of the July 15, 2019 meeting. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 3- Beckman-Harned, Donahue and Chair Vogt Absent: 1- Lopez Abstain: 1- Vice Chair Bismanovsky 4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC There was one communication from the public. 5. DONATIONS Motion - M/S Donahue/Bismanovsky to accept the donation. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 6.1 Library Card & Borrowing Policy Motion - M/S Beckman-Harned/Bismanovsky to approve the policy with the corrections as discussed. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 3- Beckman-Harned, Donahue and Vice Chair Bismanovsky Absent: 1- Lopez Abstain: 1- Chair Vogt 7. NEW BUSINESS 7.1 Review of Fiscal Year 2018/19 Accomplishments There was discussion and some questions were asked regarding the Fiscal Year 2018/19 Accomplishments. 7.2 Review of Fiscal Year 2018/19 Performance Measures Some discussion took place and questions asked regarding the Fiscal Year 2018/19 Performance Measures. 7.3 Customer Survey Discussion, questions, and suggestions were made regarding the Customer Survey. 8. BOARD/STAFF ANNOUNCEMENTS, UPDATES, REQUESTS, AND COMMITTEE REPORTS 8.1 Director's Report Director Gray presented the report. There were no comments or questions. 9. AGENDA SETTING/PLANNING - Adult Services Presentation - Review Customer Survey - Discussion of Program Rooms 10.
