PUBLIC HEARING 5.1 Approval of Fiscal Years 2014-15 Through 2018-19 Capital Improvement Program and Adoption of Fiscal Year 2014-15 Budgets, Appropriations Limit, and Fee Modifications. City of Mountain View Page 1 of 3 City Council AGENDA AND NOTICE TUESDAY, JUNE 17, 2014 - 6:30 PM Recommendation(s): Convene a public hearing, accept public comment, and take the following actions necessary to approve the Fiscal Years 2014-15 through 2018-19 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and adopt the Fiscal Year 2014-15 budgets, appropriations limit, and fee modifications: City of Mountain View Actions: 1. Adopt a Resolution Approving the Fiscal Years 2014-15 Through 2018- 19 Capital Improvement Program, Including Amendments to Existing Projects, and Adopting the Fiscal Year 2014-15 City Budget, Excluding the Shoreline Regional Park Community, to be read in title only, further reading waived (Attachment 1 to the Council report). 2. Adopt a Resolution Adopting the Fiscal Year 2014-15 Appropriations Limit, to be read in title only, further reading waived (Attachment 2 to the Council report). 3. Adopt a Resolution Amending the City of Mountain View Master Fee Schedule, to be read in title only, further reading waived (Attachment 3 to the Council report). 4. For Fiscal Year 2013-14, transfer and appropriate the remaining balance of approximately $350,000 in Shoreline Regional Park Community bond proceeds from Project 09-32, Fire Station No. 5, to Project 11-33, Athletic Field Construction, and reduce Shoreline Regional Park Community funding in Project 11-33 by the same amount. (Five votes required) 5. Commit $16,527,051 of Park Land Dedication funds (Park Land Dedication fees and CIP refunds from closed projects received from July 2012 to February 2014; and interest earned from July 2012 to June 2013) to the unscheduled projects shown on Exhibit B to Attachment 4. 6. Change the commitment of $698,140 from the unscheduled Rengstorff Park Open Space Acquisition project to the unscheduled 771 North Rengstorff Park Construction project shown on Exhibit B to Attachment 4. Mountain View Shoreline Regional Park Community Actions: 7. Adopt a Resolution Approving the Fiscal Years 2014-15 Through 2018- 19 Capital Improvement Program for the Shoreline Regional Park Community, Including Amendments to Existing Projects, and Adopting the Fiscal Year 2014-15 Shoreline Regional Park Community Budget, to be read in title only, further reading waived (Attachment 5 to the Council report).
