UNFINISHED BUSINESS 6.1 Downtown Development Updates September 2023 Attachments: Downtown Development Updates 2023- September Planning staff will provide updates on downtown development projects. City of Mountain View Page 1 Printed on 8/31/2023 Downtown Committee Agenda September 5, 2023 6.2 Update on Castro Street Annual Sewer Main Replacement Attachments: Castro Street Sewer Main replacement Fall 2023 Public Works staff will provide a verbal update on the status of the City’s Annual Water & Sewer Main Replacements, Projects 19-21 and 19-22, set to occur in Downtown Mountain View. 6.3 CASTRO STREET UPDATE Staff will provide a verbal update on current efforts and activities related to Castro Street. 7. NEW BUSINESS 7.1 Downtown Business Improvement Area Attachments: Downtown Business Improvement Area Memorandum_Map Staff will provide an overview of the annual downtown Business Improvement Area (BIA) renewal process, and the Downtown Business Association will provide an update on activities that have occurred and are planned. 7.2 Downtown Committee Meeting Time Attachments: Downtown Committee Meeting Time Staff to provide brief background on meeting time as Committee determines whether to retain or change the Committee's meeting start time. 8. COMMITTEE/STAFF COMMENTS, QUESTIONS, COMMITTEE REPORTS No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Committee at this time. 9.
