APPROVE MINUTES 3.1 Minutes Approval M/S Chan/Galindo to approve the August 21 meeting minutes. NEW BUSINESS 6.1 Overview of the Brown Act and Robert's Rules of Order Recreation Coordinator Lauren Eck and Recreation Supervisor Greg Milano presented information on the Brown Act and Robert's Rules of Order to Committee members. 6.2 2023-24 Youth Advisory Committee Work Plan Committee members worked on the 2023-24 Youth Advisory Committee Work Plan. 6.3 Teen Wellness Retreat Committee members discussed the Teen Wellness Retreat event. 6.4 Celebration of Service Recreation Coordinator Lauren Eck and Recreation Supervisor Greg Milano reminded Committee members of the Celebration of Service event.
