3. APPROVE MINUTES
The minutes for the June 4th, 2024, meeting have been delivered to Committee members and copies
posted on the City Hall bulletin board. If there are no corrections or additions, a motion is in order to
approve these minutes.

6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
6.1 Downtown Development Updates- September 2024

Planning Division staff will provide an update on downtown development projects.
6.2 CASTRO STREET UPDATE
Staff will provide a verbal update on current efforts and activities related to Castro Street.
7. NEW BUSINESS
7.1 Downtown Business Improvement Area

Staff will provide an overview of the annual downtown Business Improvement Area (BIA) renewal process,
and the Downtown Business Association will provide an update on activities that have occurred and are
planned.
7.2 Downtown Digest Promotion and Distribution
Staff will provide an overview of the Downtown Digest and will seek input on expanded outreach and
distribution of the Digest, with special focus on visitors to Downtown.
8. COMMITTEE/STAFF COMMENTS, QUESTIONS, COMMITTEE REPORTS
No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Committee at this time.
