Chair Kamei called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

City Clerk Brewer gave an oral staff report.

Studios Architects, Michael Alba with LinkedIn, provided oral reports and responded to
questions raised by the EPC.
Deputy Zoning Administrator Denis, Assistant Community Development Director / Planning
Manager Blount, and the Applicant's Representatives responded to questions raised by the
EPC.

2015, in the Council Chambers, 500 Castro Street.
