CALL TO ORDER 2. ROLL CALL EPC Members Cox, Fernandez, Matichak, Scarboro, Trontell, Vice Chair Capriles, and Chair Kamei 3. MINUTES APPROVAL 3.1 Approval of Minutes. Recommendation: That the Environmental Planning Commission approve the Minutes for October 7, 2015: Attachments: Item 3.1 Action Minutes for Approval 4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC - None. This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Commission on any matter not on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Commission from acting on non-agenda items. 5. STUDY SESSION 5.1 NORTH BAYSHORE PRECISE PLAN ALTERNATIVE Recommendation: The EPC will discuss North Bayshore Precise Plan land use scenarios (that include residential uses) for the purpose of developing a preferred land use and transportation plan to be analyzed in an updated Precise Plan Environmental Impact Report (EIR). Updated Precise Plan policies will also be developed from this preferred plan. Recommendation: That the Environmental Planning Commission (EPC) provide input on the North Bayshore Precise Plan land use scenarios and related topics. Environmental review of amendments to the North Bayshore Precise Plan will be completed once a preferred alternative is identified by the City Council.
