Recommendation: That the Environmental Planning Commission (EPC) reconsider Item 4 of the Minutes for January 20, 2016. Attachments: Minutes for January 20, 2016 4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Commission on any matter not on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Commission from acting on non-agenda items. 5. NEW BUSINESS 5.1 Presentation to the EPC of the State of Mountain View Seniors Report (2015). Recommendation: The EPC will hear a presentation and provide comments. No formal action will be taken by the EPC on this item. Recommendation: The EPC will hear a presentation and provide recommendations on the deletion, modification, or addition of action items to help implement the General Plan.
