CALL TO ORDER Chair Capriles called the Environmental Planning Commission Meeting (EPC) to order at 7:00 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL Commissioners Present: EPC Members Cox, Kamei, Matichak, Vice Chair Scarboro, Chair Capriles Commissioner Absent: EPC Member Hehmeyer 3. MINUTES APPROVAL Reconsider and approve the Minutes for January 20, 2016 Motion - M/S Kamei/Cox - Carried 6-0 (Member Hehmeyer absent) - Approve the minutes for January 20, 2016. 4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC - None. City of Mountain View Page 1 Environmental Planning Minutes March 16, 2016 Commission 5. NEW BUSINESS Item 5.1 - Presentation to the EPC of the State of Mountain View Seniors Report (2015). Elna Tymes, as a private individual, authored and presented a report regarding the State of Mountain View Seniors. No members of the public wished to speak. Elna Tymes and Assistant Community Development Director / Planning Manager Blount responded to questions raised by the EPC. Item 5.2 - Annual Review of the General Action Plan. Planner Pancholi presented an oral report. No members of the public wished to speak. Planner Pancholi and Assistant Community Development Director / Planning Manager Blount responded to questions raised by the EPC. 5.3 - Annual Housing Element Progress Report (2007 - 2014 Housing Element). Planner Panos presented an oral report. Planner Panos and Assistant Community Development Director / Planning Manager Blount responded to questions raised by the EPC. Recommendation: That the Environmental Planning Commission (EPC) reconsider Item 4 of the Minutes for January 20, 2016. Attachments: Minutes for January 20, 2016 4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Commission on any matter not on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Commission from acting on non-agenda items. 5. NEW BUSINESS 5.1 Presentation to the EPC of the State of Mountain View Seniors Report (2015). Recommendation: The EPC will hear a presentation and provide comments. No formal action will be taken by the EPC on this item.
