CALL TO ORDER Chair Capriles called the Environmental Commission Meeting (EPC) to order. 2. ROLL CALL Present: EPC Members Cox, Kamei, Matichak, Hehmeyer, Vice Chair Scarboro, Chair Capriles Absent: None 3. MINUTES APPROVAL Approve the Minutes for February 17, 2016 No members of the public wished to speak. Motion - M/S Cox / Heymeyer - Carried 6-0 - approve the minutes for February 17, 2016. 4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC - None. City of Mountain View Page 1 Environmental Planning Minutes April 6, 2016 Commission 5. STUDY SESSION 5.1 - Proposed Master Plan in the East San Antonio Center Master Plan Area. Planner Shapiro gave an oral report. The Applicant, Seth Bland with Federal Realty, was present and gave a presentation. The Applicant, Seth Bland with Federal Realty, and staff answered questions raised by the EPC. COMMISSION/STAFF ANNOUNCEMENTS, UPDATES, REQUESTS, AND COMMITTEE REPORTS Assistant Community Development Director / Planning Manager Blount gave an oral report. 7. ADJOURNMENT Adjourn to the Regular Meeting of Wednesday, April 20, 2016, in City Hall, 500 Castro Street. Meeting date, time, and venue are subject to change. Recommendation: That the Environmental Planning Commission (EPC) approve the Minutes for February 17, 2016. Attachments: Minutes for Approval 4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Commission on any matter not on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Commission from acting on non-agenda items. 5. STUDY SESSION 5.1 Proposed Master Plan in the East San Antonio Center Master Plan Area. Recommendation: That the Environmental Planning Commission (EPC) provide input on key topics for the Master Plan proposed by Federal Realty for their holdings in the East San Antonio Center Master Plan Area. Attachments: Staff Report Exhibit 1 6. COMMISSION/STAFF ANNOUNCEMENTS, UPDATES, REQUESTS, AND COMMITTEE REPORTS No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Commission at this time. 7.
