State law prohibits the Commission from acting on non-agenda items. 5. STUDY SESSION 5.1 777 West Middlefield Road. Informal review of a General Plan Amendment from Medium-Density Residential to High-Density Residential, a Zoning Map Amendment from R3-2 (Multiple-Family Residential) to P (Planned Community) district to allow demolition of 208 existing apartment units and construction of 711 new apartment units (including 144 affordable units).
