Recommendation: That the Environmental Planning Commission (EPC) approves the minutes for: Item 3.1 - January 18, 2017 Item 3.2 - February 1, 2017 Item 3.3 - February 15,2017 Copies of the minutes for the above-noted meetings have been delivered to Commissioners and copies are available at City Hall. If there are no corrections or additions, a motion is in order to approve these minutes. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Commission on any matter not on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. STUDY SESSION ITEM 5.1 - 555 WEST MIDDLEFIELD ROAD Study Session to discuss proposed General Plan and Zoning Map Amendments for a residential development consisting of a 348-unit addition to an existing 402-unit apartment complex with three new underground parking garages and a 1.48-acre public park (dedicated to the City) at 555 West Middlefield Road.
