CALL TO ORDER Chair Baird called the special meeting of the Environmental Planning Commission (EPC) to order at 8:00 a.m. 2. ROLL CALL Present 4- Commissioner Kammy Lo, Chair Pamela Baird, Commissioner Joyce Yin and Vice Chair Robert Cox Absent 3- Commissioner Margaret Capriles, Commissioner Bill Cranston and Commissioner Preeti Hehmeyer 2. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC - None. 3. TOUR OF RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN HERCULES, CALIFORNIA The EPC and Principal Planner Martin Alkire convened at the entrance of Mountain View City Hall at 500 Castro Street. Planner Alkire and EPC discussed transportation options to Hercules. All parties left City Hall. The EPC reconvened at the intersection of Bayfront Boulevard and Promenade Street in Hercules at 9:30 a.m. for a walking tour. CALL TO ORDER 2. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Commission on any matter not on the agenda. Speakers are allowed to speak on any topic for up to three minutes during this section. If there appears to be a large number of speakers, speaking time may be reduced to no less than 1.5 minutes. State law prohibits the Council from acting on nonagenda items. 3. TOUR OF RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN HERCULES, CALIFORNIA The Environmental Planning Commission will meet at 8:00 a.m. in front of the main entrance to Mountain View City Hall, 500 Castro Street, Mountain View. Commissioners and staff will depart for the city of Hercules, California for a walking tour of recent development to learn about the implementation of form-based codes. The tour will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the intersection of Bayfront Boulevard and Promenade Street, Hercules. After the tour, the meeting will adjourn at the intersection of Bayfront Boulevard and Promenade Street, Hercules. Environmental Planning Commission members and members of the public must provide their own transportation to the intersection of Bayfront Boulevard and Promenade Street, Hercules. 4.
