CALL TO ORDER 2. ROLL CALL 3. MINUTES APPROVAL 3.1 Minutes approval for February 1, 2018. Recommendation: Minutes for the February 1, 2018, meeting have been delivered to the Commissioners and a copy posted to the City Hall bulletin board. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Commission on any matter not on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Commission from acting on non-agenda items. 5. NEW BUSINESS 5.1 Funding recommendations for Fiscal Year 2018-19 CDBG and HOME Capital Project Funding Requests. Recommendation: The Human Relations Commission (HRC) will hold a public hearing to hear presentations from agencies seeking Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and the Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) Fiscal Year (FY) 2018-19 funding and make funding recommendations for City Council consideration. Action may be taken on this item.
