Recommendation: Minutes for the March 1, 2018, meeting have been delivered to the Commissioners and a copy posted to the City Hall bulletin board. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Commission on any matter not on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Commission from acting on non-agenda items. 5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 5.1 Civility Roundtable Debrief. Recommendation: The Commission will discuss the Civility Roundtable event that was held on March 7, 2018. The topic of the event was "Free Speech: How far is too far?". The Subcommittee will present an oral report. Action may be taken on this item. Immigrant Resources Subcommittee Update. Recommendation: The Commission will receive an oral update from the Immigrant Resources Subcommittee on the status of their work. Action may be taken on this item. Recommendation: The Commission will receive an oral update from the Community Outreach Coordinator on the Multilingual Community Outreach program. No action will be taken on this item. 7. COMMISSION/STAFF ANNOUNCEMENTS, UPDATES, REQUESTS, AND COMMITTEE REPORTS No action will be taken on any questions raised by the Commission at this time. 8.
