CALL TO ORDER 2. ROLL CALL 3. MINUTES APPROVAL Minutes approval for April 5, 2018. Recommendation: Minutes for the April 5, 2018 meeting have been delivered to Commissioners and a copy posted on the City Hall bulletin board. If there are no corrections or additions, a motion is in order to approve these minutes. Attachments: 04-05-18 HRC Minutes DRAFT.pdf 4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Commission on any matter not on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Commission from acting on non-agenda items. 5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 5.1 Immigrant Resources Subcommittee Update. Recommendation: The Commission will receive an update from the Immigrant Resources Subcommittee on the status of their work. Action may be taken on this item. Recommendation: Staff will provide an overview of the Police Department's programs and services and respond to questions from the Commission. No action will be taken on this item. Recommendation: Review and provide input on the proposed Community for All Grant program for Fiscal Year (FY) 2018-19. Action may be taken on this item. Attachments: Staff Report.pdf 6.3 Development of the Human Relations Commission Work Plan for Fiscal Year 2018-19. Recommendation: Review the work plan status for Fiscal Year 2017-18, identify ongoing work plan items that will carry over to the next fiscal year, and engage in a discussion with staff about proposed new projects and tasks for the Fiscal Year 2018-19 work plan.
