Recommendation: Minutes for the May 3, 2018, meeting have been delivered to Commissioners and a copy posted on the City Hall bulletin board. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Commission on any matter not on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Commission from acting on non-agenda items. 5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 5.1 Receive an update from the LGBTQ+ Needs and Assets Subcommittee. Recommendation: Receive an update from the LGBTQ+ Needs and Assets Subcommittee on the results from the LGBTQ+ Needs and Assets Survey. Action may be taken on this item. 5.2 Fiscal Year 2018-19 Work Plan Final Discussion. Recommendation: Discuss and finalize work plan items for fiscal year 2018-19 to be submitted for approval to the City Council. Action may be taken on this item.
