MINUTES APPROVAL 3.1 Approval of Minutes Recommendation: That Parks and Recreation Commission approve the November 8, 2017 minutes. Attachments: Minutes 4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Commission on any matter not on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Commission from acting on non-agenda items. 5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 5.1 Step Three for Reviewing Park Land Acquisition Program Recommendation: Review the City's real estate processes including how Park Land In-Lieu fees are calculated, the current cost of land, and how the City pursues available properties in Mountain View with the City's Real Property Program Administrator. NEW BUSINESS 6.1 Modifications to Grant/Phyllis/Martens Intersection, Project 15-31 Recommendation: Review the proposed Heritage tree mitigation for Modifications to Grant/Phyllis/ Martens Intersection, Project 15-31, and forward a recommendation to the City Council to approve staff-recommended mitigation for removal of one Heritage tree with one-to-one replacement and planting a 24” box golden rain tree.
