City of Mountain View Minutes - Final Parks and Recreation Commission and Urban Forestry Board Commissioners Devine, Lee, Hepfer, Vice Chair Conley and Chair Herbach Wednesday, November 14, 2018 7:00 PM Senior Center - 266 Escuela Avenue 1. CALL TO ORDER Chair Herbach called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL Present 5- Chair Jonathan Herbach, Vice Chair Devon Conley, Commissioner Russell Devine, Commissioner Paul Hepfer, and Commissioner Kevin Lee Chair Herbach announced Item 6.1 has been postponed due to PG&E's emergency response to the wildfires. 3. MINUTES APPROVAL 3.1 Approval of Minutes That Parks and Recreation Commission approve the October 10, 2018 minutes. Yes: 3- Vice Chair Conley, Commissioner Devine, and Commissioner Hepfer Abstain: 2- Chair Herbach, and Commissioner Lee 4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC - None 5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS - None 6. NEW BUSINESS 6.1 Community Pipeline Safety Initiative Tree Mitigation Chair Herbach announced Item 6.1 has been postponed. 6.2 Review Heritage Tree Removal Application Processes Deputy Zoning Administrator Shapiro and Forestry & Roadway Manager Trconic presented an oral report and answered the Commission's questions. ADJOURNMENT Adjourn to the Regular Meeting of December 12, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Senior Center, 266 Escuela Avenue. Meeting date, time, and venue are subject to change.
