Approve the schematic design and authorize detailed design to commence; 2. Approve the staff-recommended mitigation for removal of up to 4 Heritage trees with 2-to-1 tree replacements and planting 24” box trees; and 3. Commit $1,600,000 from the Park Land Dedication Fund (Park Land Dedication In-Lieu Fees from October 2018) as shown in Attachment 3.
