1. CALL TO ORDER
Vice Chairperson McAlister called the meeting to order at 6:15 PM.
2. ROLL CALL
Present 3 - Committee Member Carol Donahue, Vice Chair David Garcia, and Chair John McAlister
Absent 1 - Committee Member Yao Yao
3. MINUTES APPROVAL
3.1 Approve Minutes
M/S Garcia/Donahue - To approve the November 14, 2023 minutes.

4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC - None
6. NEW BUSINESS
6.1 Election of Officers
M/S Donahue/Garcia - To nominate and elect Vice Chair McAlister as Chairperson.
Yes: 3 - Committee Member Donahue, Vice Chair Garcia, and Chair McAlister
M/S McAlister/Donahue - To nominate and elect Committee Member Garcia as Vice Chairperson.
Yes: 3 - Committee Member Donahue, Vice Chair Garcia, and Chair McAlister
6.2 Thank you to former Chairperson
Vice Chair McAlister thanked Chair Kumar for their service.
6.3 SecondStage Ad Hoc Committee
Performing Arts Manager Theresa Yvonne provided an update on the SecondStage Ad Hoc Committee.
M/S Garcia/Donahue - To nominate and elect Committee Member Garcia and Vice Chair McAlister to the
SecondStage Ad Hoc Committee.

7. COMMITTEE/STAFF ANNOUNCEMENTS, UPDATES, REQUESTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS
Vice Chair McAlister inquired about the budget process.
Performing Arts Manager Theresa Yvonne provided an update on the following:
• staffing and organizational chart changes
• budget process
• status of summer camp and theatre in the park programs
• future PAC items.
8. ADJOURNMENT
Vice Chair McAlister adjourned the meeting at 7:06 p.m.
